Centuries Reading Challenge

And another challenge I forgot to post about. I wonder what's going on with my brain. It's Becky's Centuries Reading Challenge.



The goal is to read 4-6 books written in 4 different centuries between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009.

My tentative list so far is:
1) William Shakespeare: Hamlet (ca. 1601)
2) J.W. Goethe: Iphigenie auf Tauris (1779) or Die Leiden des jungen Werther (1774)
3) Jane Austen: Pride and Prejudice (1809) or Northanger Abbey (1802) or Emma (1814)
4) Chaim Potok: The Chosen (1967)
